1. Reduce the number of colors in your design.
A design with many colors with require more screens to be created. More screens will equal more time and finally more money on your final bill. Anyways, most times a one color design can make a more powerful statement.
2. Limit the number of printing locations.
Did you know that a two sided shirt can cost almost double the price of a one sided shirt? Consider just printing on the front to reduce your screen printing cost.
3. Order in large quantities.
The larger the order, the better price you will receive per item.
4. Buy 10% more shirts than you think you'll need.
It's hard to estimate how many you'll need. If you under order, it will cost you more in the long run to place a second, smaller order.
5. Choose light colored shirts.
White shirts are the cheapest. Light colors shirts go up in price. Dark colored shirts cost even more.
